let's work together

Making magical moments is a product of not only my years of wedding experience but from your decision to live and let live. I cannot make emotion that isn't there come through your images. I will not manufacture elopement moments for you because the whole purpose of an elopement day is to celebrate the marriage, the coming together, the lives lived as two now made one. When booking me, you are also making a decision to be present and live up your wedding day to fullest - with all the joy, tears, anticipation and celebration. Your presence will make your wedding gallery that much more impactful upon the many many times you'll go through it.

final thoughts

As a downtown local, I am quite familiar with the many quirky corners, best views and times of day to document. All my downtown elopement packages include partial planning assistance, my Elopement Guide, film and digital photo coverage, an online gallery and personal printing rights. We will work together to curate your elopement timeline and make magic happen.

You can probably tell from looking at the other work on my site and instagram, but I am not your average photographer. I consider myself an artist whose medium is photography and speciality is couple and weddings. My galleries are a happy blend of creativity and the traditional, because each couple deserves imagery that is inspired by them. I find my inspiration from who my clients are, the location around us and the vibes. So trust me to make some art inspired by you.

What you can expect

City vibes without the traffic of LA

Downtown Riverside Elopements are truly the best way to elope in the city in Southern California. Okay, I may be a little biased since I have lived downtown since 2018, but truly the culture is a rich blend of city, suburb and historic architecture. It's also way less known than the Santa Barbara Courthouse elopement or the Pasadena City Hall elopements. This experience is perfect for the no-fuss couple and can easily be infused with your personality to make it an elopement inspired by you.

CAN I SEE A FULL GALLERY?
You sure can - click here

WHEN WHILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
All elopements have a 6 week turnaround.

WHAT IS IN THE ELOPEMENT GUIDE?
This guide includes all you need to know to successfully elope in downtown. It has everything from where to park to how to get your marriage license. I've included my favorite vendors, restaurants and hotels to, in case you want a more holistic elopement day.

HOW MANY IMAGES ARE INCLUDED?
You can expect to receive around 40 final hand-edited images per hour of coverage. part of what you pay for is my eye to pick the best photos and tell your story through your gallery.

WHAT KIND OF PLANNING ASSISTANCE IS INCLUDED?
Partial planning assistance is included! This means I can help with location scouting, timeline creation, vendor recommendation, location permit applications, etc. I do not do any booking or paying other vendors, securing your marriage license, or travel reservations.

WHAT IF WE DON'T WANT OUR PHOTOS SHARED?
The unique nature of elopements means many don't want their photos shared. I do not document weddings or elopements to build portfolio. I create art inspired by you, for you. There is no problem if you don't the full or partial gallery to remain private. Just let me know upon booking and I will update the model release in the contract.

DO YOU OFFER FULLY FILM PACKAGES?
I do offer fully film elopements. It's an upgrade option you'll see in my detailed pricing guide.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO BOOK YOU?
First INQUIRE! You can do so here. You can see the process written above but the key parts are a signed contract and paid retainer. These two are the only things that actually lock in your date!

WHAT IF WE HAVE A SPECIFIC VISION FOR OUR SESSION?
That is amazing! I love when my clients have a clear vision that they want to bring to life. We will talk all about it on our planning call.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
All galleries are delivered via an online gallery link that allows you to view, download and share with friends.

DO YOU GIVE RAW IMAGES OR FILM NEGATIVES?
I do not share RAW images or negatives. Editing is half the creative process and the work you see on my website is only possible through the hours it takes to create those images while editing. The RAW files are carefully culled down to the best images, edited and curated in a gallery before you ever see them. This process needs every step in order to make the magic you'll want.

WHY IS THERE A PRICE DIFFERENCE FOR WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS?
Weddings are a weekend focused industry and my prime days to run my business are Friday and Saturday. I do not take any clients on Sunday (gotta take a Sabbath!) With that being said, it simply doesn't make sense financially to book smaller events on my biggest earning days. If my business isn't making money, I can no longer serve through the art I create, so weekends are protected.
